Ordered 4, 3 were singles and one was a Lord and Lady. Process wasnt very straight forward since they used different wording on their site but once you figure it out its easy. As they say on groupon there is a shipping fee per item and no you cant combine multiple orders and pay just one shipping fee. We got the official document fairly quickly. I would recommend. Its awesome and for a good cause.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
