I was looking for a great deal on Microsoft Office to replace the 365 monthly subscription. This offer was a fabulous savings so I had to try. It was easy to use with detailed instructions on how to download. I had no issues. I used the programs to create some wonderful documents.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
