I almost didn’t buy this Groupon because of the negative comments. I spoke directly to the owner and found that she’s trying to rebuild her business because of some bad staff. Talking with her made me very comfortable buying the Groupon. She is beyond dedicated to turning it around. She sent Derrick to clean and he did an amazing job! Friendly, punctual and thorough. I had my air ducts cleaned by Mark at Integrity and let me just start of by saying this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a duct cleaning. Mark showed up on time, was incredibly friendly and hospitable. He answered my questions thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood everything!
