The TEFL program is easy to use. If you need help the staff are available and very helpful. This is a must have program to learn to instruct people in other countries how to speak English. I highly recommend it.
These guys at the St Charles Mo Jungerman store are the best! Not only are they fast, but they are incredibly thorough. They bring up issues I wouldn’t even know to ask about! Also, they are very polite and not condescending to us Baby Boomers. That’s a real bonus to us seniors.
