I had my first ever deep tissue massage and it was great!! I was skeptical about it at 1st because the pressure used for that massage is usually firm- hard. I’m used to relaxation massages but my body had been sore for weeks and I needed knots out!! The next day, my upper back was SOREEE. But it was a great sore feeling.
