I completed my service at their Huntersville location. They serviced me easily, went on a Thursday around 1 PM and they weren’t busy. They completed a complimentary vehicle inspection and completed my oil change in 10 mnts without me leaving the car. I would recommend do an easy oil change experience.

The experience on Groupon was very easy.I paid for it read the instructions. Download the Sam’s app and then go in the store and get your card but customer service called me cheap and said people come in here with Groupon and take advantage of Sam’s Club and when I was done, she said welcome to the cheap side. 😡

I was a little unsure making this purchase online. However; the prompt reply and the instructions put my mind at ease. Installation was easy, I was upgrading from Office 2016, uninstalling the old version was necessary for the install. Afterwards it was just a matter of changing license keys to finish. Quite happy with the install and service, would recommend
