The crew, Jen (our guide), Zoey (office), and two other guides, we're all cool, young but efficient in what they do. We were all suited up and given a briefing on what to expect and shown what to do and other safety measures. It was fun and informative as we were cruising along the river. It was beyond our expectation and would do it again with them.
It was a great experience. Betina was super nice and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I should feel during my treatment. I will absolutely go back!
