I've always heard of people having their regular massage therapist. I've had some nice massages, but didn't really feel much of a difference between providers. I wasn't sure what made people go back to someone repeatedly, besides basic loyalty. Jack has answered that question, as he has become my regular massage therapist! What a difference to find someone that makes the entire experience perfect. Jack is respectful and professional. I enjoy a more deep massage, and I have finally found someone that delivers that. Jack is also in tune with your body, and finds problem areas to focus on. If you're looking for a regular therapist, give him a try!
Highly recommend Suzie. This is probably not for those liking a light touch type of massage where you can fall asleep..
Suzie has very strong thumbs and she knows exactly where they are needed on your body. You don’t have to tell her where your challenges are, she’ll find it quickly as she did with my own body.
I have chronic debilitating pain caused by scoliosis and degenerative disease on my entire spine to the point my pain specialist doctor said I need a new body. I’d pay someone to give me a new body.
The next best thing is to find a masseuse who can help me work out the muscles that refuse to let go.
I arrived today with Suzie asking how I felt and I informed her that my back was killing me.
She immediately worked on my left lumbar which is where the convex curve resides. Oh those thumbs of hers, it’s like the love-hate relationship. You hate them while they’re working on you but you love them afterwards.
Half-way through she worked on my concave curve on my right lumbar.
She also found my neck/shoulder challenges; again those dreaded thumbs. I even brought my theragun type massager in case she wanted to give her thumbs a break, no can do, those thumbs were on the ready.
Calves, forearms, hands and feet were also addressed but she primarily worked on my back which is where I needed it…..and she also used cupping on my spine which was a nice bonus.
After the massage, I felt like I had gone through the wringer but at least my back wasn’t screaming at me and it had calm down a little. The massage gave me a reprieve for about 2 hours which is better than none at all.
So effectively the massage was helpful to get the muscles to release instead of holding the tight grip.
It’s evident that I need to continue with these massages. I will book with Suzie again after my recovery from foot surgery.
If you’re in need of a good massage to work out the kinks and challenges of your body, Suzie will certainly help with this.
Thank you, Suzie!
