They were wonderful. Got my carpet clean and looking fresh. What i loved about them is that the vacuumed every area first, even 2 sets of stairs. I plan on using them again.

I had issues installing the Windows 11. I believe because of my work account interfered seeing the Windows program was under their name. The support I received was amazing. They were quick to respond and had my issue resolved quickly. I plan on purchasing it again to upgrade my laptop.
