This was an incredible experience. My massage therapist was Adam. My facial expert was Kathryn. They were both amazing. Knowledgeable, communicative, and very professional. I went on Valentine’s Day and got both a facial and massage. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I got to wear a super soft robe and everything. The bathroom was even decorated for the occasion. Even the ladies at the front desk were amazing. They welcomed me in by name, gave me a chocolate and handwritten note, and were so sweet. They set the tone for an amazing experience. When you schedule, they will tell you to arrive 20 minutes early to navigate parking. I recommend parking by the Trader Joe’s. It’s worth the short walk and you can stop by the little shops after your service on your way back to your car. Truly an incredible experience. I had the best day and will 100% be going back.
