The bad and the good. Utilizing the Groupon to make reservations with the app was confusing and difficult to do. Contacting the merchant on the phone was easy, they addressed my concerns, and the interaction was exceptional.
The return on the purchase was better than I expected! I loved the extras like the expedited access at Skydeck. I would recommend this to anyone that is visiting Chicago and has a flexible schedule.
