Customer Service ROCKS!! Initially, I get getting a message saying that I was using an unlicensed product. Instead of freaking out, as I am prone to do, I immediately contacted the seller. Apparently, it was something that I hadn't done properly. He sent me what I needed IMMEDIATELY, and I was able to make the right connection to access this program. Very Happy!!
