The woman at the front was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Also, the pod room is wonderful, with a shower and everything you need to head back into the world after being completely and utterly relaxed.

A nice experience. Relaxing. Sometimes a little too hot. The stone served no purpose for me but I'm sure it helps in some way. I will definitely go back for sure. The foot detox was disgusting but well worth it. That I will also do again. I am glad I went.

This is our second time there. Facility is clean with new equipment and the owner Victoria is awesome

I enjoyed my sauna experience. I feel very refreshed and my mood is lifted. I sweated a lot and it was comfortable. Staff was welcoming and pleasant.
