Daron was great. Both the receptionist and Daron did a great job explaining the process, as I was a first-timer. The process itself was quick, and relatively painless. Daron explained each step before she did it, and follow-up was very clear. The location is easy to get to, and the medspa is clean, with a nice ambiance.

When I downloaded to my MacOS, I was having a little bit of difficulty. (User error- I missed a step). I emailed their customer service. They were beyond helpful and emailed back very quickly with detailed step by step instructions to help and it worked right away!
