I had an issue where the MS Word that I had downloaded failed and I needed to reinstall it. He detailed step by step on how I could redownload the program and those were the easiest directions to follow! I am so glad that I was able to receive help within minutes.
Daron was great. Both the receptionist and Daron did a great job explaining the process, as I was a first-timer. The process itself was quick, and relatively painless. Daron explained each step before she did it, and follow-up was very clear. The location is easy to get to, and the medspa is clean, with a nice ambiance.
Instructions for installation came immediately. I had an issue with the reinstallation and they responded 10 minutes later. Very customer service oriented. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.
