I purchased the Office 2024 Home & Business and 2024 Pro Plus. After using it for one month, it stopped working. I emailed the Support Team, and they responded very quickly and informed me that I did not properly activate the product — I only downloaded the software.
By default, it runs in trial mode unless the product is activated with the key. They sent me the activation instructions and product key. I was able to successfully activate the product. Great customer service! Thank you, Support Team!!!
