Donovan came to our house on time (also texting when he was 20 min out) and was extremely knowledgeable and professional regarding the duct cleaning amd furnace updates. We expected to pay a bit more due to no furnace maintenance in 5 years and no cleaning of ducts in 20 years (!). We were able to quickly apply for a Synchrony card to pay 0% over 18 mos for the repairs we had done. The office was very responsive too: from setting up my appointment, noting the Groupon, and responding to questions about charges on the card and a new permanent filter. Didn't think I could enjoy an HVAC visit before, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how well everything went.
