Haircut, Style, and Partial Highlights or Lowlights
Shannon was incredible! Since moving to the area a year ago, I hadn't found a stylist and had truly had less than impressive and had turned to doing my own hair the last few times, which left my hair a HOT MESS with unruly highlights and a less than impressive cut. I went to Shannon yesterday and she was kind, professional, and made my hair beautiful! I haven't had highlights that looked this good in YEARS!
