I had a great photography experience with Amanda at the J C Penney photography studio at West Farms Mall. Parking was easy to find and close to the building. The studio is only about 20 feet from the J C Penney entrance to the mall. I was greeted immediately upon entering the studio with a warm, friendly smile. I spoke with the manager on the phone and she stated she would be the one taking my photos. She was very friendly on the phone & I actually began to look forward to this experience. Unfortunately, she did not keep her promise to me. On the day I came in to have my pictures taken, she sprung it on me upon my arrival that she was too busy interviewing candidates to work for the studio and it would be quite a long wait if I wanted her to take my photos. Highly unprofessional in my opinion, and not good for customer relations. However, Amanda, who took my photos was just great! She is a friendly, outgoing, cheerful, and kind person. When I left at the end of the photo shoot, I was happy about the bait-and-switch done by the manager. Amanda's concern for my comfort and her attention to detail cannot be matched. Ultimately, I think things worked out in my favor. Given the choice, I'd suggest that you request Amanda - especially if having your picture taken is NOT your most favorite thing to do. She will make sure that you have a good experience! She is the best!
