Marty, owner and trainer, is great and really made me feel welcome. The workouts are great and the variability in times is really helpful. Highly recommend!
I have had a great experience here. Jeremy was a great listener and was able to form a routine for me that is getting results. He has also given me helpful nutrition advice. The gym has a great vibe. It’s air conditioned and has everything you might need. Overall it’s been a very good experience.
Met the owner (very nice and polite)today and had a good quick work out in this new gym while I was in the area. Drink bar was also available which came in hand after my workout. Will highly recommend this gym if you are live near or just visiting the area like I was. Great experience 👍
I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
