They provided transparent recommendations for other service needed with fair pricing, and gave clear answers to questions about how to prioritize various repairs/optional fixes. It was some of the most polite, efficient, and transparent service I have ever received from a mechanic's shop and I really appreciated the professional service and not being made to feel like they were trying to take advantage of me in the name of quick income as can often be the case with mechanics in this area.
