Ms. Allen did a great job explaining the procedure and preparation for it. I had purchased this service through Groupon and an issue arose with the code. Ms. Allen tried her best to help me resolve it and was very patient. We both contacted Groupon trying to resolve it. I apprecite her help and her great service and patience.
