I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!

I have been using shred since it opened in Lewis Center and love it! Love the variety of the classes and the instructors all have so much energy and great Music!

They were super helpful to assist me in using my Groupon purchase.

So far so good. Just started using the workouts, really enjoying it. The workouts will definitely challenge you.

Haven’t attended a class yet but communication around setting up the membership has been easy
