They do a wonderful job cleaning cars!

Pros: 1. The staff was friendly 2. They did a nice job cleaning the seats and carpets. Cons: 1. They told me that it would take 3 hours and it took 4.5, so we had to adjust our schedule for other activities for the day. 2. The glass and dashboard were obviously cleaned with a dirty towel or water; there were a lot of dirty streaks, and I had to spend about 15 minutes doing touch-ups myself after arriving home.

I read the reviews but decided to give them a try anyway because the Groupon for a full detail was a good price. Don’t be like me. Don’t get me wrong, the car was clean ish. Someone definitely worked on it, and it was better than what I could’ve gotten it to myself. However, it’s not a detail. Dust, debris, sticky spots, pet hair leftover in obvious places like the console and front vents. Plus, was quoted 1-3 hours, but when I dropped off (which involved wandering around looking for someone to talk to) they said 2-4 hrs. 4 hr mark hit and I called, no answer. Just went to go see, and they said 5-10 mins left for my mats, which were still wet but they said no worries, it’ll air dry. My advice— don’t get seduced by the Groupon or cheap prices. You’re definitely getting what you’re paying for. Kind of.
