Pappy’s Hot Diggity Dogs grills up Boar’s Head–brand sausages, outfitting buns with the diner’s choice of veal, beef, polish sausage, or classic New York–style dogs. Like J. Wellington Wimpy’s diorama of the solar system, the restaurant’s menu revolves around hamburgers and hot dogs, evoking a classic diner aura complete with french fries and milk shakes. Each grilled patty, charred sausage, or made-to-order sandwich can be outfitted with warm, crispy sides such as onion rings, sweet-potato fries, or a batch of fried pickles.
