The hairdressers are wonderfully kind and great listeners. My fiancee had a very specific haircut style he wanted and I'm siked that the final product was exactly what he wanted. I also got a haircut spontaneously without a concept just a general idea of curtain bangs and layers and my hairdresser gave fantastic suggestions that produced gorgeous results
