$55 for a three-course fondue dinner for two, redeemable Sunday–Thursday (up to a $109.70 value)
$55 for a three-course fondue dinner for two, redeemable any day (up to a $109.70 value)

  • Two glasses of house wine (up to a $10 value each)
  • Two salads (up to a $5.95 value each)
  • One cheese fondue for the table (up to a $17.90 value)
  • Two Fondue By You entrees, consisting of one individual entree, three selections, or two selections plus lobster tail (up to a $29.95 value each)

The three-course meal begins with a cheese fondue such as the aged cheddar, spinach artichoke, or traditional swiss with artisan bread, fresh vegetables, and apples. Next, patrons munch on a salad topped with housemade dressing before diving into the entree fondue, which pits various gourmet proteins and pasta, such as andouille sausage or spinach-and-artichoke ravioli, against a pot of bubbling broth. The Melting Pot

When The Melting Pot originally opened in 1975 just outside Orlando, the location was cozy and quaint, but diners had only three options: swiss-cheese fondue, beef fondue, or chocolate fondue. However, as the restaurant grew in popularity, so did its menu selection and atmosphere. The restaurant first expanded four years later under the leadership of a Melting Pot waiter and enterprising college student named Mark Johnston, who teamed up with his brothers Mike and Bob to open a new outpost in Tallahassee. This location grew in reputation to pave the way for future franchise expansion. Today, the company—now owned by the trio of siblings—reigns as the premier fondue, wine, and drink restaurant, stretching across North America with more than 140 restaurants linked by underground tunnels. The restaurant's menu has also ballooned, and patrons can now expect six varieties of hot dipping cheese paired with salads, meats, and molten chocolate.

On a given night, groups of foodies gather around tables to nosh on signature four-course meals, from cheese-fondue appetizers and various salads to steaks and seafood cooked in a choice of healthy broth or oil. Birthday revelers and couples can share decadent evenings at private tables, capping off meals with chocolate desserts that have defined The Melting Pot for decades.

The Groupon Guide to: Computer Commands

Computers are more than just televisions that let you buy stamps. Your keyboard is a gateway to a number of convenient commands to create, edit and share your documents. A real computer-head should be able to name all of the following:

  • Save: Lets you save your work for future generations of computers to read and laugh at
  • Open: Lets you access a previously saved document to add cool new ideas you dreamed up last night
  • Undo: Erases your most recent mistake—or confessed forbidden desire—so that no one will ever know you typed it
  • Redo: Drags the truth of your secret failings back into the harsh light of the monitor
  • Copy: Lets you copy the work of a more experienced writer, usually by inserting multiple paragraph excerpts of more obscure David Foster Wallace essays
  • Properties: It’s never too early to start looking at these helpful real estate listings in your area.
  • Print: Makes a real-life ink-and-paper copy of your document for you to throw away later

What do all those fancy buttons on your computer do?
