Dawn Rivers started her yoga journey in 1999. From home exercises, her practice evolved into a lifestyle when she became a "karma yogi" to take classes in return of commitment to maintaining the studio. Thanks to yoga, Dawn learned to ease her mind, lose weight, and find her peace. She then understood her destiny was becoming a yoga teacher. At Daybreak Yoga, Dawn offers classes for students of all levels and ages. Experienced yogis guide students through an array of classes designed for everybody—because, as Daybreak's motto says: Every BODY Can Do Yoga.
