We offer: KICKBOXING classes to increase strength, balance, focus & confidence by punching, striking & kicking heavy bags, focus mitts & shields; MUAY THAI fitness, in addition to the moves of Kickboxing you also strike with knees & elbows; KICKBOXING BOOT CAMP combines circuit & Kickboxing drills

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started Kickboxing 7 yrs ago & it has forever changed my life. I lost 55lbs, started sleeping better & became more active. At age 50, I enjoy life and am more fit than ever before. KICKBOXING is the ultimate fitness program and combined with its empowerment properties, you become unstoppable!

What do you love most about your job?
Teaching muay Thai/Kickboxing fitness allows me to help people get fit and healthy and enjoy a higher quality of life. Inspiring people, helping people become strong and empowering them with confidence is one of the most rewarding things you can do!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
It is hard to choose just one! I had people cry when they start to see change in their bodies,some say they have never felt good about themselves & now they feel strong,one thanked me for helping her become a fighter because without this she could not have survived her father's death.
