Had a fabulous time at Clay Cafe with my friend. It was the perfect girls day as we painted and talked. Looking forward to seeing the final product!

$16 for the Grouon but this isn't 50% savings as advertised because but you can only pick one item that is $22 or less. The painting fee is included but for kids that is only $4 without a Groupon Now if you pick a $24 item you can pay $2 plus tax but if you pick two $12 items to paint you have to pay $12

So much fun!!!! I have a hard time making decisions so come up with a few ideas before heading over! The ladies at the table next time came prepared with pictures of dishes and cookie jars they wanted to replicate and their stuff was amazing! Great for kids and adults alike!

Clay Café was wonderful! My friends and I went for a Girls Day Out and had a great time! The staff/owners at Clay Café are very helpful, walked us through the process and gave us tips and different ideas for techniques to use. We are definitely planning more afternoons at Clay Café!

From Our Editors

When owner Julie Byrne founded Clay Café in 1996, she wanted to establish a cozy, unpretentious environment where families could spend quality time pottery-painting and embarking on other art projects. Describing what she envisioned to the Columbus Dispatch, Byrne stated, “We kind of wanted a grandma kitchen—something homey.” At Clay Café, visitors might forget they’re not relaxing in their own homes amid the studio’s popular mismatched chairs and flower tablecloths.
