What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Columbus Shutterbug specializes in photo's that are full of emotion. Capturing the essence of people, rather than fake poses. Making sure that when you look back at your photo's, you always re-live the smiles and love from that moment.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
To quote one of my favorite people, and someone I am completely a fan girl for (shhh...don't judge), Dave Grohl, "You will only be great at the things you love to do, don't pursure a career in something you hate to do." As simple as that, I followed my heart, and do what I love. Photography.

What do you love most about your job?
"A good photograph is one that communicates a fact, touches the heart, and leaves the viewer a changed person for having seen it. -Irving Penn." I am completely in love with producing photo's that ellicit an emotional reaction. I love being able to show a different side of the world, from my eyes.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Nicole is very natural, and organic in her approach with sessions. She went with the flow that our son dictated, and didn't try to push him to fit in with a pace he was uncomfortable with. She followed him around the park we had our session, and captured something in him we hadn't seen before!"
