Do not buy this Groupon! Would give negative stars if it was allowed. Had an apt., and told me I was going to have to wait 30 minutes cause only one person was working and they took a walk in. Tried to tell me my apt was a different time, kept telling me I was wrong until I showed him it was correct and pulled up the confirmation on my email. He was very rude. Terrible customer service!!!

As the record shows in our POS system, you were 15 min late for your appointment Normally, I would try my best to work with our client if they are late. Unfortunately, We were fully booked the day you had your appointment. You demanded us to take you in but due to our store policy I wasn't allowed to do that. Thank you for interested in our spa. I've been here twice, once for an acrylic balance and once for a gel manicure. Both were horrible and only lasted a few days. The acrylic was so think and un-even. The gel peeled after two days.
