What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Customers say I'm quick and precise when it comes to waxing them in 10-15 minutes for a Brazilian. They also love that I can be soft and gentle during my massages/facials.

After calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails and not hearing back for weeks, I finally got ahold of whomever the owner is. We set up an appointment for a morning during the week. I arrived 15 minutes early and no one was there, the door was locked. I decided to wait and again went to go knock on the door at my appointment time. The owner/technician/person I had communicated with never showed. I had punched a Groupon weeks ago, and it was the biggest waste of money ever! Terrible service, 10/10 don't recommend.
