It's not always easy to get kids off the couch, away from their video games or doctoral theses, and out exercising. That's why Gymplex makes exercise fun. By creating strength and conditioning programs that steer away from repetitious pushups and laps around the gym, the instructors here hope to create a positive association with physical activity. To do that, each group session has kids participate in well-rounded routines centered on gymnastics, tumbling, or cheering. These classes help establish a healthy lifestyle while also building gross motor skills.
