What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The foundation of our Total Barre Program is Pilates, so we apply the foundational principles of the method to ensure safety and effectiveness of all of our classes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Variety is our key to success! All of our instructors work hard to constantly challenge clients to prevent ruts. We change the choreography and music to our programs every 6-8 weeks and always aim to make class fun and inspiring. We work and play hard every hour.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In the past 15 years, we have helped 100's of clients improve their health and fitness level through Pilates. We added Total Barre to our offerings about 5 years ago to offer a cardio class to our clients, and it was so well received that it has now become the heart of our business.

What do you love most about your job?
Community! Total Barre classes have an amazing energy. As the teacher, I love watching class participants support each other during workouts and develop friendships. Oh... and I also love how everyone floats out of class on an endorphin cloud, glowing like a goddess. :)
