What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our programs are second to none, and are designed to get results. Our classes are just the beginning of what we offer. We provide clients with complete online access to full exercise programs, meal plans, and support groups to hold each other accountable throughout your fitness journey.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The first thing we do is go through a goal setting process to find your deepest motivation to succeed. This is far more than just, "I want to lose 10 pounds." We teach you that you can become the absolute best version of yourself possible. Then we modify programs to fit you!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I've been a Personal Trainer since 2009. I recently opened my studio full time in Madisonville because there is a huge need for the type of clients I serve the best! Which is the everyday "athlete" or person who wants to look, feel, and perform at their best. I put my life into my programs!

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my client's lives change. It may sound cheesy, but it's the absolute truth. People come in one day with a glow about them, and I can tell that their self-esteem has gone through the roof. Then seeing them be able to do things they never could, because of their improved fitness level.
