Annie O'Connor knows a thing or two about vanquishing frizz and unruly curls. The Liscio-certified stylist has been straightening manes every week for the last six years—it’s her main service—and even guarantees each appointment. But her skill set doesn’t stop there. The graduate of the University of Utah’s College of Fine Arts and the Aveda Institute also cuts strands into face-framing layers and adds new hues with highlights. In addition, she helps brides prepare for their big day with chic updos, photo-worthy makeup, and reassuring pats on the head.
