Before learning how to heal her body and mind, Cathy Baldwin was overweight, in constant pain, and on the path to heart disease. But after discovering herbal supplements and gaining a zest for fitness, she dropped 30 pounds (and several of the sacks of flour she’d been carrying around), chiseled her physique, and learned to coach others on their journey to a healthier state of being.
