With a foundation firmly planted at East End Beach, Portland Paddle sends customers paddling across Casco Bay inside a sea kayak or atop a standup paddleboard. Novice and practiced paddlers alike are welcome to get in on the action, whether excursions begin with an introductory lesson with ACA-certified instructors or if they jump straight to one of the outfit's guided trips. The team also recommends a number of self-directed jaunts for experienced paddlers to nearby attractions scattered around the bay, including Jewell Island, Whitehead Passage, and Presumpscot Falls.
