The Bar Method offers a safe, efficient, full-body workout that builds inner and outer strength. Classes consist of precise isometric exercises followed by stretching, which strengthens and lengthens all major muscle groups. Every class includes a warm-up, upper-body exercises, lower body work at the barre and core exercises on the floor, using your own bodyweight for resistance along with a few basic props - free weights, mats and a ball. The fast pace of the spikes the heart rate at different intervals to burn calories not just in the classroom, but long after. Students see remarkable results within just a few weeks.
