Had a great time making soap, bath bomb, body scrub and lip balm. People are super nice. Will definitely come back and try to make other skincare. Thank you for the cupcakes, they were delicious 😁😁

This was a nice experience. Many things are made ahead of time and the class mainly involves adding your own scents and oils.

I can't honestly say this was a good time. It was an extremely crowded and cramped space. There were far too many people signed up for the 'class'. I use the term class lightly because I certainly don't fee like I learned anything. It felt like a children's events. All we really did was pick scents and colours and add them to premixed bowls and then stir. The soap was poured for us away from the table so we didn't get to see how it was done. I don't know what products actually went into any of the four things we made. I tried to ask several times but the facilitator seemed to be preoccupied with other things and was on the phone several times. When I finally did get to ask if the soap we had made was glycerin based she told me that glycerin is a misnomer and that it was made up of several... and I didn't hear the rest of the answer because it was so crowded and the noise of the street made conversation difficult because the door was opened so they didn't have to turn on the AC. Oh, did I mention it was quite hot and uncomfortable? The whole thing was extremely rushed. They have tried to cram far too much stuff into too short a time. And then, to top it all off, they collected more money from us at the end, which I am pretty sure is not allowed. There was no mention of additional tax being collected and yet when they got there they collected what they called HST. But I paid $55 for this and Groupon added tax which brought my total to $59. So, I know that doesn't equal 13% tax, but they definitely should not have charged me an additional $7.65. So, I do not recommend this. Maybe their non vouchered classes are better and more legit but this Groupon is a money grab from them. At $30 per person, plus the additional $53.55 in 'tax' they pulled in from us, they made nearly $500 on an hour and a half class that started late, ended early, and was rushed to the point of not being able to actually learn anything. I could have spent the same amount, gone to Lush, talked to someone about the product I was buying, learned ALL of the ingredients, and left with the same amount of product.

We had a great time. The instructor was fun. The store itself could use a little touch up but will still enjoyed!

Nice small classes, clear instruction but everything was pre-mixed and pre-made melt and pour soap, so you just add scents and colors. The class also felt rushed. You make 2 cupcake sized soaps instead of a loaf of soap. Overall the class is good for children but not so good if you actually want to learn soap making.
