Bikram Yoga, San Ramon

Bikram Yoga is a studio offering bikram yoga classes. Classes take place inside of a heated room and utilize a series of 26 poses, and 2 breathing exercises. The poses address every bodily system: digestive, respiratory, circulatory, immune k, endocrine, lymphatic, skeletal, muscular and nervous systems. Classes are designed to exercise every muscle and joint in the body, they are mixed-level and welcome beginners. The studio features shower facilities.
