Worst food and customer service
The food was cold and very limited. There were hardly any items on the salad bar. Also, when we arrived the hostess was also the cook and the waiter. This was not a great experience.
Good selection. Good food. No ambience.
We got there at 8pm. Buffet had little food left on it. For the people that ordered off the menu it took 1.5 hours to get their food. Food was not that good either. Very disappointing experience all around. Will not go back.
Great Indian cuisine! Affectionate staff. Highly recommend this.
Excellent buffet. Good variety of meats and veg.
Small and in a strip mall, but really happily surprised
The food is amazing and the owners treat you as though you are a guest in their home for dinner - never disappointed with Daawat or their sister restaurant, Al Noor
Excellent food. Great service. I'll be making this my regular Indian food hookup.
From Our Editors
At Daawat Indian Restaurant, even the naan is baked to order, with chefs slapping raw dough on the tandoor's hot clay surface only when they receive a table's ticket. Open seven days a week, the family-run eatery entices big appetites all day with a seemingly endless buffet at both lunch and dinner. (Diners can also order from an à la carte menu in the evening.) Developed by chef-owner Mohammed Hanif, who comes from a long line of Indian culinary whizzes, Daawat's signature dishes include chicken and lamb shammi kebabs, lobster masala, bhindi masala, and the special lamb shanks, which unite a house blend of spices for an ultra-flavorful entree.
