Polemic Dance & Fitness Studio offers a safe and supportive space for people of all shapes, sizes, genders, and (most) ages to practice twerking, pole dancing, yoga, and more. The studio is equipped with six spinning poles as well as other equipment to maximize your training potential. Classes are taught by experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of pole training techniques, proper safety precautions, and exercises to increase strength and flexibility. We offer classes for all levels, from Beginner to Advanced. All classes are taught in small groups with individualized instruction
