Please make the client feel more welcome. As a salon owner I would like to ask that the front desk be more friendly. Going from the lower floor to the upper floor the wait on my first visit was 15 minutes there was no one there in the lobby to greet me until Delany came out. I would even then say the the friendlyness was lacking. But the equipment was state-of-the-art my satisfaction level is a 10 with the finished product.
