Self-confidence and self-defense go hand-in-hand at Ventura ATA, where instructors teach students of all ages the principles of tae kwon do. Older students can also try ATA Xtreme, which incorporates even more skilled moves, such as punching, kicking, flipping, and cartwheeling.
