After receiving his MBA and a doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Chris Tomshack opened his own practice. But one wasn't enough. He needed a real challenge, so he opened two more—all while studying the successes of other industries. With this knowledge and experience stowed safely in his hippocampus's glovebox, he eventually launched his own nationwide franchise: HealthSource Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab.

Today, his chiropractors work alongside massage therapists and rehab experts as they craft custom action plans to help their patients overcome common ailments—such as neck pain and headaches—as well as severe conditions. Their Progressive Rehab method combines chiropractic techniques with rehabilitation therapies to relieve nerve pressure and pain. When they aren't nudging rebellious vertebrae, staffers stock a gourmet coffee bar with complimentary treats that always know just what to say.
