I found the session extremely helpful and eye opening. The instructor Mark was gentle, kind and reassuring as he guided our small group in developing an awareness of how we currently move in our daily tasks either sitting, getting up and down or working at a desk and computer. By implementing subtle changes, we can release the physical tension each of us holds in different places and work towards eliminating unnecessary pain. With practice, we can unlearn old behaviors and take back control of our bodies. I highly recommend trying this for yourself.
Great class for folks who want to improve their neck posture and learn how it effects your whole body. Warm, inviting mindful and informative class.

This is a great way to learn how not to harm your body and learn the posture while siting down, standing up, walking, bending, picking up things and numerous other body movements, etc. Great lesson!
