The one thing I wasn't satisfied with was getting a timely appointment. Had to wait about a month and a half or so. Today I attended my first session out of 4 for thermalift. The office is small, but it wasn't a concern or disappointment of any sort, I felt very comfy and had great convo with my technician. First session is 45 mins, subsequent ones will be 20 mins. Overall great experience. 🙌

Getting an appointment was a nightmare. I actually had to cancel the transaction on my credit card before I was contacted back to shedule an appointment. I purchased Nov 2 and my appointment was Jan 18. All that aside Vienne was a very sweet girl. She asked what my areas of concern were. She took extra time on those specic areas (jowels and neck). The experience was comfortable. The office is beautiful and quiet. I have three additional treatments. What you are not told up front is that your first treatment is your entire face for about an hour. The next 3 treatments are 20 minutes and they want you to pick your two areas of concern to focus on at 10 minutes a piece. It will take roughly 10 treatments to achieve the type of results pictured on their flyer. They have packages. For this technology the packages are nicely priced. I am very satisfied with my treatment. Allure please get it together with the scheduling though. Thank you Vienne
