From making the reservation for out time there, through using our voucher, the staff we talked with on the phone and dealt with personally were very helpful and courteous. Our group had a very nice time there and will be going back.
Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice facility, kids had a fabulous time there. Had a toddler along, he got gear but didn’t want to climb, not charged for it! Highly recommended.
